No, I know what to write!
Oh, yeah!
Relationship With Neighbours
According to the table provided, a slight higher number of females than males are sociable to their neighbours. For example, more females than males have a good relationship with their neighbours. The same case applies to those who claim to live in a friendly community, those who claim to speak to their neighbours a lot although this seems to slightly change when the sample was reduced. Overall however, males and females have almost similar view of their neighbours as far as social life is concerned with just a slight higher number of females than males seen as sociable.
With gender, the tables indicate that as people age, they develop a mature relationship with their neighbours. For example, barely young adults (18-24 years), only 18% indicated to have a very good relationship with their neighbours. The percentage increases as people advance in age is the relationship is more stable with people aged more than 65 years, a whopping 59% admitting to having a good relationship with their neighbours. The same can be argued for knowing the same as of one’s neighbours although 18-24 year old claim to know more of their neighbours than the 25-34 olds. The pattern is the same throughout the relationship between young adults and adults, as people age, they get to know, understand and develop a closer relationship with their neighbours. However, there is a disparity to this observation for the young adults, 18-24, this can be attributed to the fact that they have been interacting more especially during their time together and spending quality time like playing.
On the second table outlining the social class with region, it can be seen that social class AB have a better social relationship with their neighbours than the other classes. This is because of a higher percentage of people who claim to have a better relationship with their neighbours or know their neighbours as opposed to the other lower social classes. Using the rule, then Wales & South West can be classified to be in the AB social class as they have strikingly similar data. Like in social class AB, Wales & South West has a better relationship with their neighbours than from other regions provided in the table. For the data that discourages good neighbourliness, Wales & South West have a rather lower figure as compared to the other regions or social classes. This is also the reason why people from such regions and social class spend more time with their neighbours than the rest of the other people from other social class or regions.
